Job description
The role
Administrative Assistant (M/F/X) for a CDI, to support both the “Membership and Certification” and the “Communication” departments:
- Support the Membership and Certification team in the day-to-day management of the:
o Membership applications
o Membership relations
o CRM system
o Invoicing
o Organisation and follow-up of Certification training - Support the Communication team in the:
o Execution of the communication plan
o Publishing of posts, newsletters, web content and reports
o Monitoring of ILA’s digital activities - Support to ad-hoc projects
o Handling of administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Positive thinker, multitasker and team player with good communication skills
- A relevant hands-on professional experience in a similar environment would be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of English and French is required; knowledge of other languages, particularly German, would be considered an advantage
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems as well as of learning management systems (LMS) are considered an advantage
- Good understanding of ILA’s mission and its activities; interest in Governance issues and ability to learn proactively and autonomously are also needed
The organisation
ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005. ILA’s mission is to support ALL directors and governance professionals, be the governance arm to all industries in the Luxembourg ecosystem and enhance the application of best governance practices. To achieve the above, ILA works towards being the voice of governance matters as a multi-industry association as well as being an ambassador of Luxembourg as a strong business place for good governance. ILA provides training on best practices in terms of sustainable Corporate Governance and any relevant topics, as well as supports the networking of directors and governance professionals, and issues recommendations and clear views on Corporate Governance topics.
