Course outline
This is the 4th module of the programme that will provide an overview of the mandatory disclosure regime (DAC 6), develop a pragmatic approach to analysing potential reporting obligations, consider DAC 6 implementation in different EU member states and share practical experience gained over the last few years.
As such, participants will learn about the mandatory disclosure regime and potential reporting obligations in case of cross-border investments.
This training will be of interest for Non-Executive Directors that need to have a clear understanding of the tax environment applicable to Alternative Investments such as Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure investments.
