What You'll Do

As an Administrative Intern (M/F/X,) you will assist the ILA team in handling various administrative tasks:

  • Assist the Events and Certification Teams:
    • Assistance in organising ILA certification courses and events
    • Supporting internal and external communications
    • Printing materials according to ILA Standards
    • Any other task related to training organisation and post-training follow-up

  • Assist the Membership team:
    • Storage, office automation
    • Support with database cleaning process
    • CRM data management assistance (adding and modifying member profiles and contact details)
    • Support to ad-hoc projects such as research, preparation of materials, filing etc.

Who We are Looking For

  • A student currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Positive thinker with excellent relationship and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; knowledge of other languages would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
