What You'll Do
As an Administrative Intern (M/F/X,) you will assist the ILA team in handling various administrative tasks:
- Assist the Events and Certification Teams:

- Assistance in organising ILA certification courses and events
- Supporting internal and external communications
- Printing materials according to ILA Standards
- Any other task related to training organisation and post-training follow-up
- Assist the Membership team:

- Storage, office automation
- Support with database cleaning process
- CRM data management assistance (adding and modifying member profiles and contact details)
- Support to ad-hoc projects such as research, preparation of materials, filing etc.
Who We are Looking For
- A student currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Positive thinker with excellent relationship and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French is essential; knowledge of other languages would be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office tools.
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
