Job offer : Communications Officer (M/F/X)

We are looking for a Communications Officer (M/F/X) to support our Communication Executive in executing marketing and communication activities across a wide variety of channels (website, social media, events, publications, etc), with the goal of attracting new members and keeping existing members informed of the organization’s activities

The organisation

ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005. 

ILA wants to be the first interlocutor on Corporate Governance in Luxembourg and therefore be instrumental in the determination and the promotion of good and sustainable conscious Corporate Governance.

ILA’s mission is to support ALL directors and governance professionals, be the governance arm to all industries in the Luxembourg eco system and enhance the application of best governance practices.

To achieve the above, ILA works towards being the voice of governance matters as a multi-industry association as well as being an ambassador of Luxembourg as a strong business place for good governance.

ILA provides trainings on best practices in terms of sustainable Corporate Governance and any relevant topics, as well as supports the networking of directors and governance professionals, and issues recommendations and clear views on Corporate Governance topics (ex: tenure, diversity…).

The role  

  • Producing written and visual (email, web, print and video) content relevant to ILA communication across a number of channels and audiences (ILA internal newsletter, ILA website, social media channels, press releases, etc.) 

  • Managing ILA’s social media accounts, ensuring that they enhance the organization’s communication and that they deliver consistent and complementary communication impact to other media and channels

  • Following up ILA events, coordinating communication efforts prior, during and after ILA events (Promotion in website, newsletter and social media; participation at the event live tweeting and taking pictures, media coverage after the event through press releases; etc.)

  • Coordinating ILA publications ane reviewing layout, making sure branding guidelines are respected 

  • Increasing engagement with key audiences and the public at large through press engagement, social media and events


  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in digital communication

  • Experience creating written and visual content for divers communication channels 

  • Experience managing social media channels, engaging with target audience, monitoring campaigns and running analytics 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English and French) and excellent writing skills (in English)

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills 

  • Creative and team player, with good time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

  • Knowledge on graphic design, video editing or basic web-coding is a plus  (Currently working with Mailchimp, Google analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Odoo 15 CMS)
