Job offer : Key Accounts Management Assistant (M/F/X)

We are looking for a Key Accounts Management Assistant (M/F/X) to support our Membership Executive in organising a smooth coordination of all aspects of our membership key accounts. This includes answering queries, providing information and maintaining key account records. 

The organisation

ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005. 

ILA wants to be the first interlocutor on Corporate Governance in Luxembourg and therefore be instrumental in the determination and the promotion of good and sustainable conscious Corporate Governance.

ILA’s mission is to support ALL directors and governance professionals, be the governance arm to all industries in the Luxembourg eco system and enhance the application of best governance practices.

To achieve the above, ILA works towards being the voice of governance matters as a multi-industry association as well as being an ambassador of Luxembourg as a strong business place for good governance.

ILA provides trainings on best practices in terms of sustainable Corporate Governance and any relevant topics, as well as supports the networking of directors and governance professionals, and issues recommendations and clear views on Corporate Governance topics (ex: tenure, diversity…).

The role  

  • Serving as the first point of contact for membership key accounts, handling all questions and information requests

  • Processing new membership applications and renewals

  • Maintaining and updating key accounts records 

  • Tracking key accounts figures for reporting to ILA Bodies

  • Support the business development strategy to recruit new members (organization of meetings, preparation of presentations, follow-up on action points)

  • Support the coordination of communication, events and various activities for key accounts members, and liaise with co-workers (marketing, communication, event and training teams) to ensure a coherent approach

  • Support the coordination of various certification processes for members (follow-up on application files, preparation or exams and certificates, etc)

  • Support to various administrative tasks and regular office operations on a as needed basis


  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in similar functions

  • Proficient knowledge of English and French are required; knowledge of other languages, particularly German, would be a distinct advantage

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Positive thinker, flexible and multitasker team player, able to work autonomously and to prioritize tasks

  • Demonstrate proactive skills in a fast problem-solving approach, and the flexibility to think outside of the box to find solutions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

  • Good understanding of ILA’s mission and activities; interest in Governance issues and ability to learn proactively and autonomously are also needed
