She has also worked as a litigation attorney in France.

Annie has co-authored the book on the status of board members from an employment law and social security perspective. She is interested in the different aspects of law governing this status.
Adrian has worked in the treasury departments of multinational groups operating in Luxembourg for over twenty years. This provided experience in the diverse aspects of treasury, from the investment of surplus funds and financial risk analysis, to managing debt facilities and group liquidity, and ultimately the organizational requirements of a Treasurer and governance focus of a Board Member. Being responsible for executing transactions early in his career provided detailed insight that helped him develop appropriate risk management policies and procedures in later years.
After studying Engineering he strengthened his financial knowledge through an MBA and transitioned towards finance and treasury. To improve his understanding of the complex environmental and social issues society faces, he acquired a Certificate in Sustainable Development and Social Innovation from the University of Luxembourg. Besides roles with a financial or treasury focus, Adrian would now like to combine his previous experience with this new knowledge while working with organisations developing solutions to these complex problems. He believes that the governance framework and skills promoted by ILA provide an ideal context to assist with this.
Adrian currently holds treasury focused executive and non-executive directorships for companies in Luxembourg. He is married and has two children.
