Gerrit-Jan Konijnenberg (GJ) has 25+ years of international leadership experience in innovative technology markets. He held various CEO roles in global Telecom and ICT companies. Also GJ has a track record as Non-Executive Director for multi-national organizations in the field of Telecoms, Internet of Things (IoT) and IoT security.
Gerrit-Jan started his career as a trained Marketeer and developed later into a Telecommunication Specialist. Over the years he expanded his executive education in the fields of Strategy and Strategy Execution.
GJ can be described as a Senior Executive with a strong ability to create differentiated product development and commercialisation strategies that deliver substantial international revenue increases. GJ has excelled as a leader in start-ups and in multi-billion dollar international companies as EVP and/or CEO. As entrepreneur Gerrit-Jan has a track record of growing companies and organizations for which he received various industry awards.
Due to his experience both as CEO and on the other side as Chairman or Board Member, Gerrit-Jan has a very good understanding of corporate governance dynamics. Currently Gerrit-Jan is Chairman of RoamsysNext in Luxembourg and longstanding special advisor, Chair Emeritus and board member of the London based Mobile-Ecosystem-Forum and is advising companies as Independent Director focused on strategic growth. Gerrit-Jan is Chair of the Insead Strategy Execution Graduates Association and is participating in the Insead IDP program.
GJ is resident in Luxembourg since many years, he speaks 5 languages (English, Native Dutch, French, German and Luxembourgish). His hobbies are mountain biking/hiking and Nordic skiing. GJ is co-author two books -about Mobile Internet and Account Management- and is always looking for new challenges!
Charlotte Pedersen is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and Independent Public Listed Company Director with a demonstrated background of 30 years in the transportation sector.
She started her career as a military pilot in the Danish Air Force in 1989 and continued as an Officer since 1992, Flight Operations Inspector at Direction l’ Aviation Civile in Luxembourg since 2010 and in 2012 Charlotte joined Luxaviation where she was nominated Chief Operating Officer of the Luxaviation Group in 2014.
In 2016 Charlotte Pedersen was promoted to CEO of Luxaviation Helicopters which is part of the Luxaviation Group. She is also an active pilot on the H145 Airbus helicopter.
Charlotte holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategic Management as well as various directorships incl NED at a FTSE250 company where she is member of the Audit and Sustainability Committee.

Danish and Luxembourgish citizenship
Claude has a master's degree in economics and business management from Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg (France). In 2019 he completed the Aspiring Directors Program from INSEAD, a program that focuses on corporate governance.
His activities in the ballooning and airship marketing business permitted him to acquire experience and contacts in the world of marketing and communication in Luxembourg but also at an international level. After 4 years and a period at IP (RTL group), he joined the team at binsfeld communication agency in 1994 and became a partner in 1997.
From 2005 to 2010 he was a board member of Interact, a digital communication agency.
From 2007-2014 he was a board member of ZithaKlinik supporting the merger process of Clinique Bohler, Hôpital Kirchberg, ZithaKlinik and Clinique Sainte Marie: the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman.
He set up oxygen & partners s.a. in 2015, specializing in public relations, in communication on sensitive and crisis issues and reputation management for brands, businesses and institutions.
He is a member of the International Public Relations Network (IPRN), the Luxembourg National Association of Public Relations (CENARP) and Forum Corporate Publishing (FCP) in Germany.
He also does some work for several educational and social organizations, was a board member at Jonk Entrepreneuren asbl, which helps promote entrepreneurship in primary, secondary and higher education, and he is an active member of the Luxembourg-Vallées Rotary Club.
He is a hot air balloon pilot since 1982, instructor and examiner totaling 1950 flight hours. Claude is in a civil partnership and participates in the upbringing of 5 very lovely children.
