Arnaud was the founder and Managing Director of Risk & Reinsurance Solutions (abbreviated 2RS), a company regulated as PSA (Professionnel du Secteur de l’Assurance). 2RS is a reinsurance captive management company based in Luxembourg with subsidiaries in Zürich and Malta. As part of his position, he was a member of AGERE (Association des Gestionnaires de Reassurance). Arnaud is still a director of 2RS and has 30 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, internal audit and business development areas and is currently a board member of several reinsurance entities based in Luxembourg, including subsidiaries of Spanish and French groups (Telefonica, Red Electrica, Groupe But).
He holds a masters degree in Finance & Tax from Université Paris Dauphine and started his career in management control for industries in Paris and London. In addition, he is licensed by the Commissariat aux Assurances to represent reinsurance companies in Luxembourg.
Arnaud is French and a Luxembourgish resident since over 30 years. He speaks English and Spanish
Starting in the business world from the IT entry point within a Private Bank, Auban quickly evolved from developer (implementation) to architect (solution and governance design), before leaving to a consulting position as Business analyst, project manager and advisor in major Private banks and public administrations. The underlying context was governance & process redesign, automation and digital experience.
He has jumped to an entrepreneurial journey: the highly diversified, complex, collaborative experience is Auban’s day-to-day fuel, as facilitator, mentor and supervisor. His highest motivation enabler is the perspective of addressing collectively complex client expectations in an innovative, creative, differentiated manner. He strives for learning from any experience, failure and success, and from exchange with people.
Auban also recently started a new journey as chair in a new organic bakery business, with a high level of ethics and very ambitious performance in the triple bottom-line approach “People, Planet, Profits”.
Auban deeply cares about business, corporate dynamics in fast changing context related to the climate urgency and the shift from industrial to digital/knowledge era.
Auban holds a Master degree in IT & innovation Management from Université Lorraine (Nancy)He speaks fluent French, English and German.
Tudor is a financial analyst with experience sourcing investments in equity (both public and private) and debt markets, creating valuation tools for different asset classes, and establishing asset allocation strategies.
He is also a director and fund manager of LFP I SICAV, a specialised investment fund based in Luxembourg structured as an umbrella fund and with compartments ranging from Private Equity and Real Estate to listed equities and commodities finance. Tudor also manages Shimoda Capital Partners’ office in Luxembourg.
Tudor has a BA and a MSc from Sorbonne University, a MSc from Luxembourg School of Finance and an Executive Education at New York University. He is currently a candidate for CFA Level III and becoming a Luxembourg Qualified Accountant. Tudor recently received the Forbes 30 under 30 award for exceptional deeds in finance.
With 15 years of solid experience in business law, Valérie has built a broad expertise in Luxembourg corporate, commercial, banking, tax and litigation matters. Valérie is a member of Luxembourg Bar Association since 2007.
She started her professional career in 2004 as a tax advisor in a Big Four firm in Luxembourg, then she worked during 6 years in corporate, banking and financing departments with major Luxembourg-based law firms and in an international bank building valuable knowledge in restructuring aspects, corporate and commercial fields.
Valérie further enhanced her experience by practising for more than 7 years in a leading Luxembourg litigation firm where she focused on complex international business litigation cases.
As a qualified corporate and litigation lawyer Valerie advises different types of clients such as international groups, banks, insurance companies, trustees, fund investors but also individual business owners and family offices. Her diversified skills allow her to advise clients with a global approach from the implementation of business relationships to potential litigation.
Valerie has developed a specific expertise in matters related to corporate governance, shareholders’ dispute and directors’ liabilities.
Hille-Paul is a seasoned independent director and consultant with close to twenty years’ experience in the Fund and Corporate Services sector in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
During his career he has hold various CSSF approved board positions in regulated funds and securitization vehicles as well as non-regulated holding and property companies owned by investment firms, multinationals and HNWI.
He was involved in USD1+ billion transactions such as acquisitions, restructurings and bond issuances.
Prior to incorporating Calodyne Management Hille-Paul was a CCSF authorized manager of Intertrust, a global leader in providing administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment.
In his last role Hille-Paul acted as Chief Operations Officer to ensure the successful implementation of various projects including but not limited to Global Process Optimization, Post Merger Integration and Business Digitalization of the company.
Preceding the COO position, in 2013 Hille-Paul took the role of Director Client Services. He was responsible for the ATC - Intertrust integration, and for growing the operational teams to 300 people and growing the turnover from EUR 60 to EUR 80 million.
Hille-Paul is fluent in English and Dutch and business level in French. He has obtained a master’s degree in Fiscal Economy from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands as well as an Investment Foundation Certificate issued by the CFA Institute.
