Frederique is resident in Luxembourg and her board experience includes credit strategies, private equity and hedge funds. She also serves as conducting officer of a Luxembourg AIFM and risk manager of a SIF. Frederique holds an MBA from ESSEC and Kellogg School of Management. She began her career at Paribas in 1979, where she spent 26 years and was responsible for the financial management of international operations, serving on the boards of several subsidiaries. In 1992 she moved to London to set up BNP’s counterparty and market risk systems, followed by a secondment to Banque de France to represent the French Banking Commission in the Basel Committee working group. From 1996 to 2000 she was deputy head of BNP Paribas Securities Services Bank and launched BNP’s global prime brokerage business in 2000. She left in 2004 to re-engineer Credit Agricole’s US prime brokerage activities. From 2006 to 2012, Frederique was a founding partner and director for a fund in London and another in Paris. She left in 2012 to focus on independent directorships.
Luc is an independent non-executive director with over 17 years’ experience in Asset Management, specialising in funds and management companies, including UCITS funds, AIFs, Management companies and AIFMs.
Prior to being an independent director in 2018, he has been working in an Audit Big Four in Luxembourg and New York, specializing in asset management and investment funds.
Over the past years, he has developed a deep knowledge of the Luxembourg Fund industry and understanding of the different regulatory and governance requirements and has significant knowledge of auditing and accounting, internal control, compliance and operational issues.
Luc holds the Certificat de formation complémentaire des candidats réviseurs d’entreprises (Luxembourg), a Master Degree at SKEMA Management School (Lille, France) and the Diplôme d'études comptables et financières (DECF/DCG, France).
