Anne Kayser started her career with Arthur Andersen and KPMG Luxembourg as tax advisor and has since then accumulated over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry in senior management positions. 

After several years as Head of Legal Affairs for Crédit Commercial de France (CCF) and BNP, both in Luxembourg, where she experienced respectively the establishment of a new bank (CCF) and the merger of Paribas with BNP, she became Head of Compliance of BNP Paribas Luxembourg.

Following another merger, BGL with BNP Paribas, Anne has been appointed in 2010 member of the Management Board of BGL BNP Paribas and Head of Compliance, for all the Business Lines / Group Entities present in Luxembourg.

In 2014, Anne joined the BNP Paribas Headquarter as Deputy Head of the General Inspectorate and Head of the Financial Security Audit Line where she managed multicultural teams located in Paris, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore in negotiations with national supervisory authorities worldwide. 

Her assignment in the Paris HQ included the leading of a transversal project on end-to-end KYC processes for CIB Group Compliance.

After having developed a proposal for establishing a Sanctions and Embargoes Audit Line for the General Inspectorate and Audit of Société Générale S.A., Anne sets up her own business in Luxembourg since February 2020, offering NED positions and compliance and regulatory audit advisory services. 

Member of ACAMS, ALCO, ALJB, IFA and ILA - active member of the Integrity Committee - she is part of the Female Board Pool initiatives in Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany. She headed the ABBL Work Group “ Professional obligations” .

She has been selected for participating in 2020 to the INSEAD International Directors Programme.

TANTAR Alexandru

Alexandru Tantar is leading the Trustworthy AI group in LIST, with a main focus on AI topics across a wide range of strategic sectors, including from industry to finance and space. Alexandru was Vice President of R&D and co-founder of Black Swan Lux (Luxembourg’s 2016 Healthcare Startup of the Year, and in the 10 semi-finalists out of 530 companies worldwide in the Accenture HealthTech Innovation Challenge, London).

He co-chaired the EVOLVE International Conference series, and represented Luxembourg in the FuturICT FET. Among others, he was also an invited speaker for the Doctor Honoris Causa awarding of Horton Conway (Princeton University).


Monique Bachner-Bout is an Independent Director and lawyer with broad governance, legal, technology and financial services expertise.  Monique sits on Boards of commercial companies, investment funds, and non-profits. Monique holds both law and economics degrees, and is an ILA Certified Director and INSEAD IDP-C.

Monique started her career as a Magic Circle corporate lawyer and now focuses on governance and innovation, and in particular their intersection with legal and regulatory frameworks. Monique is the author of various corporate governance and technology governance articles and guidance and is active in national and international working groups related to corporate governance, decentralisation, and automation/AI governance & ethics, and is a frequent speaker on these issues.


Mehtap is the Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Executive Committee for Brown Brothers Harriman Luxembourg, London and Zurich. Mehtap has held senior risk positions in leading financial institutions in different countries for over 25 years, including HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group. Mehtap started her career in internal audit and she has obtained several global certifications in relation to audit, risk and control related matters. 

During her professional career, Mehtap has been active in writing/editing, speaking and lecturing related roles about governance, risk management, internal control and audit related matters. Mehtap is also currently the Co-Chair of the ALFI Digital/Fintech Forum Cybersecurity Working Group and is actively working on other industry initiatives in relation to Artificial Intelligence and ESG. 

She received various awards and recognitions during her career in relation to her commitment to the risk management matters and industry engagement. 


David graduated in IT applied to Management from the University of Nancy II and holds a Master « M.I.A.Ge. » ((Maîtrise d’Informatique Appliquée à la Gestion).

Prior to become an independent advisor and administrator specialised in IT for the financial sector, David worked for more than 20 years for the Luxembourg’s financial regulator, the CSSF, as head of IT Supervision and Support PFS. He also acted 6 years as CIO, managing the CSSF’s internal information systems.

Before joining the CSSF late 1999, David worked at PwC Luxembourg as Manager in IT Financial Services, BIL as head of IT for the front and middle office and at Cetrel S.C. (today: SIX Payment) as head of IT Development where he designed the national clearing system for payments and the national direct debit system. He was also co-designer of the ATM-POS softwares for card acquisition.

David is Associated Lecturer at the Luxembourg’s University on Risk & Security matters (Master in information system security), member of the Luxembourg’s National Committee on Digital Signature in charge of final approval of Certification Authorities, Honorary President of the Luxembourg Association for Security of Information Systems (CLUSIL) after ten years of presidency, member and former member of various working groups (Haut Comité à la Place Financière – FinTech WG, European Supervisory Market Authority (ESMA), Basel Committee…).

In 2017, he received the “Lifetime Career” award from the Luxembourg’s ICT community for his ongoing commitment to the ICT community.


Tiago has experience working on AI data-driven applications with stakeholders in the public sector such as: European Commission, European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), Federal Universities (UFMG, UFMT), and Finnvera - by the Finnish Ministry of Economy. His first startup was acquired in 2014 - a platform to process legal documents using machine learning; and led to the foundation of two others: offering CTO-as-a-service; and a cloud platform for safe Data Lake storage.

Currently, Tiago resides in Luxembourg, being part of the Silicon Luxembourg Business Club, advising startups, and co-founding a Biotechnology company to speed-up vaccine and drug discovery.
