What should you do?
The ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee
would like to invite ILA members and non-members to its new Breakfast Briefing Session, to be held on 23 September 2020.
The objective of this online event is for corporate secretaries to have a clear understanding of the new EU mandatory disclosure rules (Directive 2018/822 on mandatory automatic exchange of information in the field of taxation for reportable cross-border arrangements – otherwise known as “DAC 6”) that will have an impact on the business of many financial market players but may also impact the tax profile of taxpayers going forward. The session will provide an overview of the scope and explore how to assess the DAC 6 impact and the key role of corporate secretaries in this respect.
The webinar will be targeted to corporate secretaries that would like to gain a clear understanding of the DAC 6 Directive and its impact for their companies from a governance perspective.
