would like to invite ILA members and non-members to its new Breakfast Briefing Session, to be held on 21 October 2021 in collaboration with


This session focuses on how digitalising corporate governance operations can ease both the role of CoSecs and other professionals supporting corporate governance (workload) and the corporate governance operations themselves (speed, efficiency, cost).  Panellists will seek to exchange and find solutions to the challenges faced in finding and adopting FinTech/digital solutions for corporate governance.

In a nutshell, the ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee aim to foster the development of the Luxembourg Corporate Governance framework, by assisting professionals involved in Board support roles in order for them to better support and manage Boards as well as some key stakeholders of a company. 

The ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee also focus on supporting the role of Company Secretaries in Luxembourg, by developing high professional standards and best practices, dedicated training programs and networking opportunities.
