Arnaud is a Director in Deloitte’s PERE Management Consulting Department. His practice focuses on advising Alternative Fund Manager on strategy, governance, transformation and regulatory topics.
As Head of Fund Services at a global trust company specialising in alternative assets, Arnaud has set-up and managed the fund administration and alternative depositary services lines. He then was in charge of business and product development for Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
Arnaud is a lawyer by training and started his career in investment management legal and regulatory advisory with Allen & Overy Luxembourg.
Arnaud is an active member of, and has lead, different ALFI and LPEA working groups.
Delphine is Assistant Company Secretary within the JPMorgan Chase Group and she is the appointed Company Secretary of JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe S.à r.l.). JPMAME is an approved UCITS Management Company and an AIFM supervising the activities of JPMorgan’s Luxembourg, French and Irish domiciled mutual fund ranges. JPMAME provides distribution, administrative, operational and client servicing capabilities and has branches in Austria, France, Greece, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden. JPMAME is the largest promoter of funds domiciled in Luxembourg.
Delphine is a member of the ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee and has recently completed the ILA Company Secretary certification.
Lars has broad professional experience as Group Company Secretary and Board Director from sectors and industries such as: Finance and Bank; Life Science; Telecom; and Consulting.
He has i.a. been Chairman of the Board of
an operating company of a Nasdaq and Stockholm stock exchanges listed group;
Executive Board Member and Investor in a group of fast-growing start-up
entities; member of several management boards; and Group Board and Committee
Secretary for a Nasdaq 100 company.
Lars is also a member of the ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee.
Anne Catherine is the Chair of the ILA Company Secretary and Governance Officer Committee.
Anne Catherine was the Partner in charge of Corporate Secretarial Services in a big four in Luxembourg. She has over 20 years' experience in Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
Anne Catherine gained her extensive experience as part of the Management/Executive Committees of one of the big Trust player in Luxembourg, as well as in her position as Executive Director of a Luxembourg Trust & Fund business of a Jersey Group. In both positions, she served as board members of various regulated and non-regulated clients’ entities. Anne Catherine’s area of activities included the compliance, corporate, internal control and risk management functions. She started her career as tax advisor in a big four in Luxembourg and New York, before transitioning into a Senior Tax Lawyer position at a Luxembourg Law Firm.
Anne Catherine holds Master degrees in Economics and in International & European law, as well as Post-graduate diplomas in Political Sciences and in International Business Law. She is also qualified as a Certified International Control Specialist and has a qualification in risk management. She was a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg and a qualified attorney in France and Luxembourg.
Anne Catherine is fluent in French and English.
