Kavita joined Northern Trust in November 2014, as the Company Secretary and Head of Corporate and Domiciliary Services for the Luxembourg office.  

Kavita began her career in corporate secretarial services with Maples and Calder in their Cayman Islands and London offices.  Following which, she worked for BlueBay Asset Management Company SA and ManagementPlus (Luxembourg) SA managing the corporate secretarial services of a broad portfolio of fund structures across numerous jurisdictions.

Kavita has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University and an MBA from Richmond University, in London.


Anne Reuland is Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer and member of the Executive Committee of LuxTrust S.A.

She joined SES as Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate & Finance in 2011 until 2018, after having spent 9 years as a lawyer in the Banking and Finance team of Arendt & Medernach.

In 2012 she became member of the Board of Quintet Private Bank, chairing the Legal & Compliance Committee. She is also a member of the Board of the Fondation de Luxembourg since 2017.

She holds a Master Degree in Business law from the Université Robert Schuman, Strasbourg (France), a LL.M Degree in Banking and Corporate law from the University of Edinburgh (UK) and is an ILA Certified Director.


Luc is a senior managing IT professional with 15 years of experience in research and development, technical sales and enterprise architecture. 

Luc has built an international career profile with a strong focus on large scale and highly complex projects. He has seized the opportunity over many years to work in very diverse IT roles and is highly passionate about Business-IT alignment, meaning customer oriented and business strategy aligned usage of IT.


Carlo Montagna is a Partner of The Directors’ Office, the leading practice of independent Directors in Luxembourg.

Carlo has 28 years international experience in the banking and financial industry. Over the course of his career he has worked as Head of Sales and International Development at EFA, Managing Director of Asset Services Sales at Bank of New York Mellon, General Manager of IMI Group and Trader at Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (now BNP Paribas). He has been member of various boards, including IMI Bank AG Frankfurt, IMI Global Sicav, Idea Management Company, IMI Real Estate, Crediinvest Sicav, Investcredit Sicav, Goldman Sachs Structured Investments Sicav. Carlo is Italian and attended the University of Pavia, Italy, Faculty of Economics.

During the course of his career Carlo Montagna built up an extensive knowledge of trading strategies and managed various portfolios; he developed front office as well as back office solutions, launched investment funds, managed small and big size companies. He is a skilled relationship director and people manager.


Pierre REUTER is a highly reputed litigator and a skilled arbitrator. He holds a Master in Laws Degree from Paris I University (Panthéon Sorbonne) and has been practicing in Luxembourg since 1991. He is one of the founding members of the firm, together with Marc THEWES. His main areas of expertise include Dispute resolution, Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Employment law, Financial Regulation and Corporate and M&A. He speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Luxembourgish.

Pierre was the president of the Young Bar Association in 2000/01. He was the founder and now serves as a member of the editorial board of "Bulletin d'information sur la jurisprudence" published by the Young Bar Association.

SIRES Fabian

Fabian has acquired and developed his experience in the Alternative Funds Industry in the management and administration of SPVs / funds for private equity and infrastructure clients.

He is responsible for and oversees all aspects of the life of the companies he manages, from coordinating the setup of the entity and restructuring where required to corporate and accounting issues and eventual liquidation at the end of the company’s lifecycle.

Fabian was responsible for the overall launch and integration of the Legal Support Services team within the operational teams in Luxembourg, as well as its roll-out in other jurisdictions.

Before joining Alter Domus Luxembourg in 2001, Fabian started his career at PwC Luxembourg in 1999 as an Advisor. 

Fabian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Tax from the Haute Ecole Blaise Pascal in Arlon, Belgium.
