ILA 15th+1 anniversary event



Carine Feipel is the current Chair of ILA.

She is a Luxembourg attorney and certified independent director (INSEAD IDP-C and ILA Certified).
She is a member of the Board of Directors of a bank, several insurance companies, investment funds and other undertakings.

She has practiced as a lawyer since 1994, specializing in insurance law. She spent almost 20 years with a major Luxembourg law firm before becoming independent in 2014. She advises insurance and reinsurance companies as well as other financial institutions on insurance law related questions.

Since 2010, Carine Feipel has been a member of various committees within the Haut Comité pour la Place Financière.

STREET Stephanie

Steph is a writer and actor. She studied at Cambridge University and trained at LAMDA. Her acting work includes critically acclaimed performances for theatres across the UK, including the Royal Court and London’s West End, plus lead parts in numerous UK television series. Steph’s recent credits include Behind the Beautiful Forevers at the National Theatre, and the spectacular Quiz, at the Noel Coward Theatre in 2018.

Steph’s first play, Sisters, re-opened the Sheffield Crucible Studio in March 2010. More recently, she adapted Mohsin Hamid’s award-winning novel, The Reluctant Fundamentalist, and Emily Brontë’s Wuthering Heights for the National Youth Theatre.  

She is a trustee and founder of Act for Change, campaigning for greater diversity in the arts, a trustee of the National Student Drama Festival, and a board director of Chichester Festival Theatre.

As a Senior Associate of Dramatic Resources, Steph has delivered training for a range of corporate clients and business schools. Her clients include Accenture, Adecco, Cisco, Nestle, Deloitte, Visa and she works closely with IMD and London Business Schools.

Steph delivers training in English and French.


David is a TV and video director, writer, and trainer. As a performance coach, he works in all areas of interpersonal skills, specialising in large events, creative thoughts and action, coaching as a leadership style, managing change, and presentation skills.

As a filmmaker, David has written and directed over a hundred and fifty scripts for a variety of productions ranging from soap operas and detective stories to commercials, training films and corporate videos.

He has worked all over the world, for a whole range of different industry sectors. His clients include Allianz, BBC, Cancer Research UK, Ernst & Young, ETAS, KPMG, Transform UK, MunichRe and many more. David delivers regularly for Dramatic Resources at business schools across the world, including IMD Lausanne and IMD Singapore, ESMT Berlin and INSEAD Paris.

Amongst David’s other creative talents, he is a singer songwriter and has released his first album, Quarter Moon.
