Event outline
Join the ILA Fund Directors’ Forum on 12 February 2026 for essential governance insights: SAQ updates, AML developments, and accounting law changes – what every iNED needs to know to stay ahead in 2026.
The session will focus on:
- CSSF SAQ Updates – including new questions on artificial intelligence and board oversight responsibilities
- AML Developments – what boards should anticipate ahead of the upcoming CSSF questionnaire changes
- Modernisation of Accounting Law – latest updates and implications for board
Through expert presentations and an interactive panel discussion, participants will gain practical insights into what iNEDs should know, the questions they should be asking, and how to ensure effective governance in a changing regulatory landscape.
Practical information
- Each Fund can be represented by 1 Board Member (person must be exercising role of a Board Member and shall include the name of the Fund they are representing in the registration)
- Each ManCo/AIFM can be represented by 1 Board Member (person must be exercising role of a Board Member and shall include the name of the ManCo/AIFM they are representing in the registration)
- Participants are expected to actively contribute to the discussion
