Leadership at the board
Must leadership change to accommodate the new realities of business?
What is the role of mentoring in supporting that change?
The realities of business have change enormously in 2020, the Covid 19 pandemic but also climate change and geopolitics have altered the way leaders operate, also at the board level.
Join us for a conference on the different models of leadership at the board and the role of mentoring supporting those models.
David Clutterbuck will share with us insights regarding new leadership models. His presentation will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Mélanie Delannoy, where local experts will discuss about the challenges of new leadership at the board, and the increasing importance of mentoring.
