Anne Catherine is the Chair of the ILA Company Secretary and Governance Officer Committee. Anne Catherine was the Partner in charge of Corporate Secretarial Services in Deloitte in Luxembourg. She has over 20 years' experience in Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
Anne Catherine gained her extensive experience as part of the Management/Executive Committees of Arendt Services in Luxembourg, as well as in her position as Executive Director of Bedell (becomes Ocorian), a Luxembourg Trust & Fund business of a Jersey Group. In both positions, she served as board members of various regulated and non-regulated clients’ entities. Anne Catherine’s area of activities included the compliance, corporate, internal control and risk management functions. She started her career as tax advisor in Ernst & Young in Luxembourg and New York, before transitioning into a Senior Tax Lawyer position at a Luxembourg Law Firm, Arendt.
Anne Catherine holds Master degrees in Economics and in International & European law, a Post-graduate diplomas in Political Sciences as well as in International Business Law. She is also qualified as a Certified International Control Specialist and has a qualification in risk management. She was a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg and a qualified attorney in France and Luxembourg.

Isabelle is a Managing Director in charge of regulatory advice for banking, other Professionals of the Financial Sector and Electronic Money and Payment Institutions matters in the Regulatory and Compliance Advisory Services department.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector in Luxembourg. Isabelle has acquired extensive expertise in designing application files for banks, other Professionals of the Financial Sector, EMI&PI and has developed very good professional relationship with the Luxembourg financial regulator and Ministry of Finance.
She holds a master’s degrees in economics as well as a university diploma in Training in European Cultures.
She is a member of the “Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers” (“ALCO”) and the “Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Banques” (“ALJB”).
Isabelle is fluent in French and English.
Franck is a Director working in both Regulatory & Compliance Advisory and Financial Audit departments of PwC.
He has more than 13 years of experience in auditing Banks, Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFS) and Management Companies. Since some years, Franck is also working in the Regulatory & Compliance Advisory department helping regulated entities on various topics such as AML/CTF, compliance, respect of MiFID rules and governance related matters.
Franck is regularly providing assistance to Banks and PFS regarding the preparation and/or remediation after on-site visits from regulators on AML/CTF or governance matters. He also gives regular internal and external trainings.
Franck holds Master degrees in Accounting, Auditing and Controlling and he is réviseur d’entreprises.
Franck is fluent in French and English.
Anthony is a Partner specialized in insurance/reinsurance, with 18 years of experience in the insurance/reinsurance field, gained within the Luxembourg and Paris practices of PwC. He is actively involved in PwC Luxembourg Insurance Core Group (ICG), and leads the Insurance Regulatory Solution, with a focus on ESG/SF topics, AML/KYC projects as well as cross-border distribution matters. He also successfully several regulatory licensing projects and relocation/restructuring projects.
Besides consulting services, Anthony leads audit engagements, and has been serving several multinational companies; subsidiaries of European and US registered companies under various reporting frameworks.
Partner, Regulatory, PwC Luxembourg
Xavier is partner in the regulatory practice in PwC Luxembourg since 1995, with deep expertise in financial sector and funds’ regulations.
Xavier participated to many set ups and restructurings of investments funds, management companies and professional of the financial sector in Luxembourg and abroad, including the definition of their organization, processes and procedures.
He is also a regulatory compliance expert for depositary banks and fund administrations.
Finally, Xavier is in charge of a regulatory watch service for banks and asset managers.
Olivier Amrein specializes in issues concerning investment funds, fund managers and the various service providers. Lastly, Olivier gained in-house experience at a leading depositary bank in Luxembourg. During his previous experiences in international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg, Olivier has assisted numerous international clients in the setting-up, (re)structuring and handling of their fund-related projects. He has also regularly advised his clients on regulatory issues and in their relationships with the regulatory authorities.
Olivier has been involved in the creation of regulated and unregulated investment funds mainly in the alternative funds world, notably investment funds investing in illiquid assets (private equity, debt funds, real assets…), with complex investment strategies or with innovative features. His involvement included the structuring of the products, the drafting of the offering documentation, the negotiations with the service providers, potential investors and lenders, the communication with the regulator, etc.
Vinciane Istace is a Partner in the People and Organisation team of PwC Luxembourg. She has been with the firm for more than 28 years. She acquired extensive experience in designing effective workplace for people when leading the HR function of PwC then providing our clients across all industry sectors with HR consultancy, Administration and Payroll Outsourcing services. As a seasoned HR professional, she can then combine an extensive knowledge in HR related technical skills and a proven experience in fostering positive human interactions for a sustainable workplace.
Her areas of expertise include HR advisory services, from HR strategic design to implementation and more, particularly talent management and development solutions, leadership assessment, internal communication, employee engagement surveys, social dialogue, conflict resolution, as well as training programmes on Diversity & Inclusion and mental resilience. Vinciane holds a Master of Engineering in Business from HEC Management School – University of Liège and is a Chartered Accountant / Expert Comptable.
Vinciane is certified in Insights Discovery helping people understand themselves and their colleagues so that they can have more respectful, productive and positive working relationships, even across virtual boundaries and in Thomas International with the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) measuring 15 emotional traits concerning Well-Being, Self-Control, Emotionality and Sociability and the High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) as a workplace personality assessment grounded in the 'Big 5' model, assessing traits that predict job success and risk for derailment.
She is Belgian and a native French speaker as well as speaks English fluently.
Alice Kapron is a senior consultant specialising in talent solutions at PwC Luxembourg. Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, talent assessment and talent development.
After a 12-year career as a relationship and development manager for European key accounts in the financial sector, she joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg as a Senior Associate in November 2016.
She is in charge of designing and implementing assessment and development centers to evaluate potential and behavioral preferences. Alice has a coaching certification in professional development and she is certified in various psychometric tests to identify leadership traits (HPTI), behavioural preferences in a working environment (Insights, PPA) and emotional Intelligence (TEIQue).
She also manages the recruitment service process on behalf of PwC clients for finance positions. Alice delivers on a regular basis dedicated soft skills training sessions in various topics in relation to communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, constructive feedback, motivational trigger, change, year's performance review.
She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources (ESSEC Paris) and another one in International Business (ISC Paris, EBS London). Her mother tongue is French, she is fluent in English.
