All is well that ends well. A proper handling of the termination of a director's mandate is crucial for both the director concerned and the company. There are many ways to terminate a director's mandate. Equally, each termination scenario has its own challenges and points of attention.

This course will not cover employment law consequences relating to the termination of the mandate of directors being also an employee of the company or an affiliate thereof.
