KYPRIANOU Alexis

Alexis is a certified board director both in Luxembourg and France. He has held numerous board directorships through his 25 year career in companies from all sizes from start-ups in the internet services sector to an energy company with over €1 billion of revenues. His mandates have been held for companies in several countries, including the USA, the UK, and France.

He has lived corporate governance as an executive, an independent Director, a shareholder nominee on the Board, and Chairman of an Audit Committee and Chairman of a Finance Committee, and therefore brings insights from all these views.

Alexis trains Board Directors on the certification and directors’ professional training programmes of several national institutes for board directors, including ILA in Luxembourg, IFA in France and Guberna in Belgium. He also lectures or gives workshops in corporate governance subjects at various business and management schools across Europe.

SPINNER Susan

Susan Spinner, CFA, is the CEO of CFA Society Germany, the largest professional association for investment experts in Germany.

To this role, Susan brings almost 25 years of experience in the investment industry, with a focus on international capital markets and portfolio management and analysis. In Germany, Susan has worked in senior roles for various Commerzbank entities in Frankfurt, for the Landesbank in Hamburg and for Dresdner Bank in Berlin. In addition, she was a Director for Global Financial Products for the Bank of Montreal in Chicago, USA.

Before assuming the role of Managing Director for the CFA Society Germany,  Susan was a founding board member of the Society in 2000.  She conducts ethics trainings at various German universities, speaks on this topic to investment practitioners nationally and lectures at Goethe Business School the master of finance class „Ethics in Finance“.

Susan Spinner champions the topics of professional development, transparency and integrity in financial markets.


LAURET Yvon

Yvon A. Lauret is a founding partner of Adeis. S.A.. Adeis is a boutique providing advisory & governance solutions to international companies. Adeis work with clients across the globe and at the last count Adeis clients have come from over 18 countries. 

Yvon spent more than 20 years in the banking and financial industry in various positions linked to M&A activities, alternative investments,  fund distribution, and business consulting. He has also been involved in strategic projects and he has strongly contributed to launch & develop new business units, within multi cultural, multi products and global organizations. 

Yvon is a graduate of INSEAD, and he also holds a Master in Economics (the University of Nancy II). 

He serves as a Director on the boards of several private equity funds, industrial start-ups, family-owned midcap firms , and regulated collective investment funds.

Yvon is also a sworn expert in financial matters & risk management with Tribunal d’Arrondissement Luxembourg.


PAHLSON-MOLLER Hedda

Hedda is a private investor, active board member, adjunct professor and government advisor on issues related to sustainable development and responsible investing. She is the CEO of TIIME.ORG - advocacy, advisory and investment support to drive capital towards positive social and environmental impact. 
She is an active board member on funds related to impact investing and gender-lens investing. Hedda is an independent director for Mobius Capital Partners Emerging Markets SICAV, board member and investment committee of Rising Tide Europe (designed to train women in early-stage investing) as well as advisory board to the Vodafone F-Lane accelerator.
Hedda is also on the advisory board to the Luxembourg government for Sustainable Development (CSDD.lu), focused on sustainable finance. She is Adjunct Professor at Sacred Heart University executive MBA and at the University of Luxembourg since 2004.

SEVRAIN Cécile

Cécile is Partner and Head of Impact Measurement and Management at TIIME. She is passionate about social impact and notably how business/finance can support social innovation to solve most pressing issues.

Cécile manages EBAN Impact as Program Officer, promoting awareness and engagement in impact investing within the European Business Angel Network. She sits on the advisory board of Tilia Impact Venture, a Czech impact fund.

She ran the Luxembourg Business Angel Network (LBAN) for almost 5 years. 

She has a background in international tax and is an active business angel, notably in the Rising Tide program, which is part of a global movement to increase women’s participation in angel investing as an asset class.

Cécile is a senior jury member at European pitching events, and does training on pitching, business models, financing, impact metrics and corporate responsibility. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events across Europe.

Cécile holds a master in Business and Finance from Lyon University.
