Together, they’ll explore how generational diversity can become a true asset, in leadership, in collaboration, and in shaping the next wave of decision makers.
Guiding the exchange will be Caroline Lamboley, Headhunter and founder of Lamboley Executive Search, whose deep understanding of people and culture brings clarity and nuance to this intergenerational exchange.
