Valuation of Early-stage and Growth Companies
Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from NEOMA Business School (France) and an MBA in Finance from University of Ottawa (Canada). He is also a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.
Antoine started his career in 2003 within PwC’s audit department in Luxembourg before joining the company’s Corporate Finance practice in 2007 at various locations including Amsterdam, London and Luxembourg where he was leading the valuation team.
He is a founding partner of BHB & Partners, an independent advisory firm specialised in strategy, corporate finance and operations. Throughout his career Antoine has advised and served corporates, supranational institutions, SMEs as well as investment funds, including top-tier PE firms in sensitive and complex financial and valuation related matters.
Antoine is a member of the advisory board of a real estate company and he is also a regular lecturer for top-tier PE clients, as well as for CFA preparatory courses.
EL GAIDI Hind
Hind holds an Executive MBA from Groningen University (Netherlands) and an MSc. in Financial Management from Nyenrode University (Netherlands).
Hind started her career within the Corporate Finance team at PwC’s office in Amsterdam specialising in financial statement analysis and value creation for corporates, in particular in the Telecom, Media and Technology industry. She further spent several years at the Corporate Finance divisions at KPMG and PwC in Luxembourg mainly advising alternative investment funds investing in Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Debt.
In 2019, Hind has joined Astorg as their Head of Financial Information and Valuation, a Pan-European investment firm with € 8.2 billion under management specialised in LBOs.
Hind is the founder of Lean IN Luxembourg – Women of worth, a non-profit organisation active in the fostering equal opportunities for women in the workplace.
Philippe holds a Master’s degree in International Business Sciences from University of Innsbruck (Austria) and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School in London (United Kingdom).
Philippe began his career at Bloomberg in London before joining the Corporate Finance departments of PwC and KPMG in Luxembourg specialising in financial advisory including valuation as well as mergers and acquisitions. Subsequently he joined a Corporate Finance boutique in Luxembourg for almost six years.
Philippe is also a co-founder of BHB & Partners and throughout his career, he has led and advised on demanding local and cross-border mandates serving reputable corporates, investment funds, SMEs, supranational clients as well as entrepreneurs and their families. He has developed deep sector knowledge and strong financial expertise in company valuations, business modelling, mergers and acquisitions as well as fundraising.
Philippe is a member of the board of directors of two investment companies and he also serves on the management board of "Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants d’Entreprise de Luxembourg”, a Luxembourg-based non-profit organisation.
