Georges Kohr is a certified Director  - Fund Governance Expert (ILA - Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) and DipIoD (The Institute of Directors United Kingdom).

Georges’ career spans over 4 decades, during which he held various Senior Executive positions in Asset Servicing and in Governance. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of several Luxembourg regulated Investment Funds. 

His previous role was General Secretary of Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg S.A., in charge of the corporate governance aspects of the bank’s governing bodies. Before that, he was Head of Operations and Group COO Controller.  Prior to joining Banque Degroof Luxembourg S.A., Georges was Company Secretary & Head of Subsidiary Governance at RBC Dexia Investor Services Limited, and member of the Executive Committee of RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank. Prior to the creation of the RBC Dexia Joint Venture, Georges held various senior executive positions within the Dexia/ BIL group. He was Managing Director and Country Manager of the group's Irish fund administration and custody/ trustee business, and a non-executive board member in several subsidiaries of the group. He worked in Luxembourg, as well as in Ireland and in the UK. He speaks fluent English, French, German, and Luxembourgish.
