Matthieu advises on general corporate matters, assisting clients in connection with group restructurings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management incentive plans. 

Matthieu has a particular focus on private equity transactions and clients. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2017, he worked in the corporate department of major national and international law firms in Belgium and Luxembourg.
