With 20 years of experience in business transformation and leader roles in the financial industry, Geraldine is also passionate about Diversity and Inclusion. She launched an employee resource group in 2014 and since then continues to advocate for the value and importance of this topic. Since the last 5 years, she is also mobilised to accelerate sustainability in the financial sector. The two topics are interconnected, as agile mindset is key to collectively reach new horizons.
