Eryn Zander is an independent director and board chair with experience across the full lifecycle of regulated investment platforms. Since 2017, she has served on Luxembourg boards across AIFM, UCITS, SICAV, SICAR, SIF and GP/LP structures, spanning private equity, venture capital, private credit and blended finance. Across her mandates, Eryn has built governance, risk and AML/CFT frameworks, supported platforms through CSSF authorisation and fund launches, and led regulated entities through CSSF inspections with clear outcomes. Her earlier career in management consulting, international expansion, fund structuring and communications enables her to bring a broader strategic perspective to transformation, complex stakeholder situations and crisis response.

Selected current mandates include the chairmanship of Satgana GP, a climate and health technology venture capital manager, and board roles with Kuali and Huruma Fund Management, GPs of blended finance vehicles investing across Latin America and India. She previously served on the board of Actis EU Management from pre-launch through AIFM authorisation and platform build-up, and advises two international private equity firms on portfolio company governance.

Eryn is completing a PhD at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on board dynamics and AI in corporate governance. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, has completed all three levels of the CFA Program, attended Singularity University, and holds a BA in Philology, cum laude.
