This module covers the practical aspects of being a Director in the fund industry including the relationship between the Director and the Fund/Investment Fund Manager (IFM), the Director lifecycle from sourcing through to termination, managing your liability and life as an independent Director.  

The implementation of good governance in the daily work of a Director in the fund industry will be illustrated through practical examples and case studies. The sharing of numerous tips aims to enable you to add value in your role.
