Programme
Course Information
- The course will take place from Wednesday at 08:30 until Friday at 17:00.
- The course is delivered in eleven interactive modules led by local practitioners and experts, plus three mandatory e-learnings.
- The total programme duration is 24 hours.
- At the end of the programme, you must sit a mandatory exam to be granted the title of Associate Director (only for ILA members).

Requirements
To attend this programme, you have to fulfil at least ONE of the following conditions:
- Having completed the ILA Bootcamp and acted as an executive or a non-executive board member of companies having effective economic activities for at least two years
- Having acted as an executive or a non-executive board member of companies having effective economic activities for at least three years
- Having relevant executive management and board exposure experience within the board of directors or committees of the board for at least five years

The Essentials Luxembourg
The certification programmes organised by ILA are eligible for individual training leave granted by the Luxembourg Ministry of Education (MENEJ).
