The Luxembourg Institute of Governance and EWOB are delighted to announce the start of their partnership for greater gender equality in boardrooms.

This partnership gives ILA members access to professional development programs including the EWOB C-Level, Board Readiness, and Cross-Border Mentoring Programs.
Our respective members will also gain privileged access to EWOB and ILA webinars, talent development workshops and other events, in person or digitally.
In addition, ILA and EWOB have agreed to share information and collaborate on gender equality data analysis and the implementation of the EU Directive on Women on Boards.

European Women on Boards (EWOB) is a European non-profit association based in Brussels. Since its foundation in 2013, EWOB has been committed to advancing gender equality in decision-making roles across Europe. The organisation aims to actively support women and their career aspirations by providing professional development programs, international networking opportunities, and monthly events to its community, counting over 900 members today. EWOB also champions change across Europe through research and advocacy in collaboration with local partners and European institutions.
