Currently serving as the Head of IT at LNS (Luxembourg National Institute of Health), Yannick has left a mark on the field through his expertise in development and applications architectures.

Yannick's journey into the world of Artificial Neural Networks began in 1993 during his involvement in a university project in Strasbourg. Captivated by the potential of these revolutionary systems, he has been monitoring their application and development ever since. His early fascination laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to advancing the frontiers of AI.

At the LNS, Yannick promotes the integration of AI systems on-premises. The team at LNS is actively implementing generative AI tools to enhance daily work processes like development and IT infrastructure support assistance. The most ambitious ongoing project lies in the realm of pathology. Here, we are moving to a fully digital imaging flow and use of AI models to assist medical professionals in achieving unprecedented accuracy in diagnostics.
