PARIZOT Régis, ICARE Expertise S.A.

Régis Parizot is founding Partner of ICARE Expertise S.A. , providing his clients, since 2008, with “Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risks & Ethics” related advisory services. Régis is also an Independent Non-Executive Director specializing in the Asset Management industry (IFMs, regulated & non-regulated Funds, specialized PSFs, Depositary Banks/services providers, global distributors, Portfolio Managers, etc.)

He has 30 years of experience in the Bank & Investment Fund industry in Luxembourg. He started his career at Deloitte in 1994, where he set up the Governance & Risk services practice in 1997. In 2001 he joined Dexia Group’s Internal Audit function, and was then promoted in 2005 to the role of “Group-Deputy Chief Compliance Officer” before setting up ICARE Expertise in 2008. Régis sits among others in CSSF’s « Forum d’échange public-privé OPC en matière de LBC/FT » (former Experts working group AML-OPC) and  has been sitting for 10 years at the Board of IIA Luxembourg leading the Funds’ industry Advocacy activities.

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from Bordeaux Management School, he is qualified as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) & Certified Risk Management Auditor (CRMA).
