ROESSIG Frank

Frank has over 30-years’ experience in the financial sector, predominantly in capital markets and portfolio management with major financial institutions as well as start-up banks in London, Frankfurt, New-York and Luxembourg. He has acquired a strong expertise in board-level governance pertaining to
innovation, digital transformation and risk management. This notably entails the design of strategies and policies to stimulate the emergence of novel technologies, while mitigating risk.

Frank is instrumental in guiding the developing of value-driven AI solutions, notably for risk management, trading algorithms, AML-KYC, behavioral analytics as well as more recently for financial document generation and processing using Gen-AI.

Through his activities within start-ups, he built a strong track-record in setting-up compliant operations and agile go-to-market strategies. Frank completed the INSEAD International Directors Programme, studied Strategic Decision & Risk Management at the Stanford University and holds a Master Degree in Strategy & Change Management from Dauphine University. He is also an Auditor in Science & Technology of the Institut des Hautes Etudes pour la Science et la Technologie (by ministerial decree - ESRR1100298A - 27-9-2011).
