ILA and EWOB partner for greater gender equality in boardrooms
The Luxembourg Institute of Directors and EWOB are delighted to announce the start of their partnership for greater gender equality in boardrooms.

Our partnership

“ILA is delighted to be the first institution in Luxembourg to enter into a partnership with European Women on Boards (EWOB). The Institute has already signed several diversity and inclusion initiatives and is committed to gender diversity at board level and in decision-making positions. Contributing to the promotion of gender diversity together with EWOB is a great addition to these efforts and we are looking forward to our joint activities.” - Philipp von Restorff, ILA CEO

This partnership gives ILA members access to professional development programs including the EWOB C-Level, Board Readiness, and Cross-Border Mentoring Programs.

Our respective members will also gain privileged access to EWOB and ILA webinars, talent development workshops and other events, in person or digitally.

In addition, ILA and EWOB have agreed to share information and collaborate on gender equality data analysis and the implementation of the EU Directive on Women on Boards.

“We're delighted to welcome a recognised expert in corporate governance within the EWOB network. Together, we will advance gender equality in a unique market and relevant international business centre.” - Silvia Wiesner, Local Partnerships and Memberships Committee Chair
