The ILA Company Secretarial and Governance Officer Committee would like to invite ILA members and non-members to its Breakfast Briefing Session on 08 February 2024 .
The purpose of this session is to discuss how you can use digitalisation to enhance your Compliance framework. In the age of AI and automation, Compliance needs to step up and embrace technology to mitigate and control risks in a more efficient manner. During this session, we will walk through some digitalisation ideas, how to prepare your organisation for automation, and how to ensure your digitalisation journey is compliant with the regulation.
The target audience is legal representatives, enabling them to fulfill their tax obligations. The presentation will also address relevant recent case law and an update on recent European tax regulations. The key tax considerations, case law, and updates will notably include alphabet shares, the circular on reverse hybrids, the bill law on tax procedures and transfer pricing, and the bill law on Pillar 2 and ATAD 3.
The presentation and the Q&A session will be conducted in English.
