"The role of the corporate governance officer in relation to AML / CFT obligations"
The Forum will start with a brief update on the recent developments in AML / CFT regulations (AMLD 6, AMLR, etc…); then, we will discuss the role of the corporate governance officer (CGO) in relation to AML / CFT obligations. We will talk about the interaction of the CGO with (i) the compliance officer / compliance team and (ii) third parties such as notaries, banks, and much more.

Practical details
The registration to the Forum is free of charge for ILA members and invoiced EUR 50.00 (VAT excluded) for non-ILA members.
Please note that only one delegate from each Company can be present at the debate in order to have a larger diversity in the group.
