Since the ruling of the European Court of Justice, many directors are wondering about the way forward on VAT and what the next steps will be.
Raphaël Glohr (Deloitte), Frédéric Scholtus (KPMG), Marie-Isabelle Richardin (PWC) and Virginie Lagrange (ILA Chair) will provide information on this topic on 22 February from 9:15 to 10:45 at the Chamber of Commerce.
Our panellists will give the participants an insight into the history of the case, the developments since then up to the Court's ruling. In addition, they will discuss the recent exchange ILA representatives had with the “Administration de l’enregistrement, des domaines et de la TVA” and how the directors concerned should approach the current situation. At the end of the panel discussion, conference participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
