“Best practice for ending company director’s mandate”


Recently ILA has published a guide called “Getting off board”. The purpose of this forum is to discuss the best practice to end a directors’ company mandate and to share the experience of the different attendees. We will notably talk about (i) the different scenarii for termination of a director’s mandate, (ii) the consequences for the company and director upon mandate termination and (iii) the key steps of the resignation process.

Practical details

The registration to the Forum is free of charge for ILA members and invoiced EUR 30.00 (VAT excluded) for non-ILA members. The prices are available on the event page on the ILA website.

Please note that only one delegate from each Company can be present at the debate in order to have a larger diversity in the group.
