Cross border IFM/Fund Governance
Please join us for this ILA Fund Directors' Forum, where we will be discussing the cross border IFM/Fund Governance. The Forum is targeted at Directors of Luxembourg domiciled funds that have appointed a non Luxembourg Management Company, as well as Directors of Luxembourg Management Companies that manage funds domiciled in other jurisdictions. The Panel will discuss the respective regulatory responsibilities of the Lux entities as well as commonly faced governance challenges.
As always, we hope for an interactive session with participants to get a broader understanding of the challenges that NED are facing.
Practical information
- Each Fund can be represented by 1 Board Member (person must be exercising role of a Board Member and shall include the name of the Fund they are representing in the registration)
- Each ManCo/AIFM can be represented by 1 Board Member (person must be exercising role of a Board Member and shall include the name of the ManCo/AIFM they are representing in the registration)
- Participants are expected to actively contribute to the discussion
