Melanie Babb has been acting as the head of finance within Private Banking and is currently leading transformation.  She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry specializing in finance, strategic planning, business systems and change management.  In her current role, she has transformed the finance function across multiple locations while supporting multiple M&A projects.  She is also acting as a key liaison for the group board of directors on financial matters while acting as a member of the Switzerland board.  

Previously, she led business and corporate finance, business development initiatives and established a project management office for a leading US asset manager and US asset servicer across Europe and Asia.

Melanie holds a degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and pursued additional studies at Harvard University and La Sorbonne.
