In 1998, Florence began her professional career as a junior manager for 6 years in external audit of financial structures and investment funds as an employee of Deloitte Luxembourg.

Florence held the position of internal auditor and then head of operational risk management for Luxembourg investment funds at JPMorgan Asset Management Luxembourg for from 2004 to 2008 and reported to CSSF on those matters. She was also in charge for internal audit and risk management (fund activity) of the different branches of JPMAM for the same period (Milan, Madrid, Frankfurt, Paris, Vienna and Stockholm) 

From 2008 to 2022, Florence, chartered accountant, founded, managed and developed Flux - Fiduciaire du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg S.à r.l., which she sold to Fiduciaire & Associés at the end of 2022.

In 2023, Flux Advisors, which she co-founded with Marc Meyers in 2013, becomes her main activity. She will continue her mandates as company director, liquidator and auditor of local and international structures. Her past in the fund industry is a tool to consolidate her knowledge and expertise and expand in this industry.

Florence is chairman of the consulting committee dedicated to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism for the OEC since 2012. 

She studied commercial engineering specializing in finance (ICHEC, Brussels, 1998). She holds Belgian and Luxembourgish nationalities. She holds the title of Luxembourg chartered accountant. She is fluent in French and English and can hold conversations in Flemish and Italian. She has basic knowledge in Luxembourgish.
