    Marc is a Non-Executive Board Member, ILA Certified Director and holder of the INSEAD Independent Director Program – Governance certification.

    On behalf of the Commonwealth Development Corporation of the U.K, Marc is a Non-Executive Board Member, Member of the Risk Committee, of the Governance Committee and of the Strategic Task Force of Bank of Africa in Casablanca, the second largest private Moroccan bank. 

    In that same respect, Marc is a Non-Executive Board Member, Member of the Risk and Audit Committee of BOA Groupe S.A. in Luxembourg,  a Bank of Africa’s holding company grouping the Bank’s 17 subsidiaries in other African countries.

    Marc is a Non-Executive Board Member and Chair of the Risk Committee at Banque Internationale Arabe de Tunisie BIAT (the largest bank in Tunisia), in Tunis, as an Independent Director.

     Finally, Marc is a Non-Executive Board Member at Broptimize near Liège, Belgium, a very fast growing company in the field of efficiency energy management for SME.

    Marc is the Founder of Beaujean&Partners (www.beaujeanpartners.com) , a Board-level consultancy in the financial sector, with a focus on medium-term transformative assigments in Strategy, Operations and IT, recent assignements including : 1)helping the CEO of a leading insurance player to reassess its IT roadmap and structure its portfolio management office; 2)helping the Management Committee of a private bank to assess its core banking system renewal options and 3)leading the agreement process in Luxembourg and in France for a newly created P.E. player.

    Prior to these current assignements, Marc was a senior partner with McKinsey & Co in Paris, Luxembourg and Brussels for 20 years, and the COO of P&V-Vivium, a Belgium insurance group, for 6 years.

    Marc holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Liège University (magna cum laude), a Master in Business Administration from Columbia University (New York) (Dean’s List every quarter and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society)

    A Luxembourg  and a Belgian national, Marc speaks fluently French, English and Dutch and has a working knowledge of German.
