Antoine holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from NEOMA Business School (France) and an MBA in Finance from University of Ottawa (Canada). He is also a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.

Antoine started his career in 2003 within PwC’s audit department in Luxembourg before joining the company’s Corporate Finance practice in 2007 at various locations including Amsterdam, London and Luxembourg where he was leading the valuation team.

He is a founding partner of BHB & Partners, an independent advisory firm specialised in strategy, corporate finance and operations. Throughout his career Antoine has advised and served corporates, supranational institutions, SMEs as well as investment funds, including top-tier PE firms in sensitive and complex financial and valuation related matters.

Antoine is a member of the advisory board of a real estate company and he is also a regular lecturer for top-tier PE clients, as well as for CFA preparatory courses.
