    Ella Brown currently holds the position of Legal Account Manager at Trustmoore Luxembourg, where she has been an integral part of the Structured Finance & Capital Markets (SF&CM) team since June 2022. In this capacity, Ella is tasked with overseeing all legal and corporate activities related to both regulated and unregulated vehicles that the team manages. Her primary focus is on providing her SF&CM clients with comprehensive assistance in corporate governance and legal compliance.

    Regarding her educational background, Ella obtained a degree in foreign languages and office administration in 2012. She further solidified her professional standing by earning qualifications in Luxembourg company law and general accounting in 2019. Most recently, in 2023, she became a certified company secretary through the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).

    Before joining Trustmoore, Ella initially entered the corporate world in Luxembourg in 2016 as a Corporate Assistant at Intertrust. There, she gained experience in providing client services in the corporate sector. In 2019, Ella moved on to Maples, a well-known corporate services provider. At Maples, she served as an administrator in the structured finance team. Ella's exemplary performance led to her promotion to Assistant Vice President. In this role, she managed a diverse portfolio of Luxembourg securitisation vehicles, overseeing their incorporation, day-to-day administration, risk management, and eventual liquidation processes. She also gained governance experience by serving as a board member on multiple Luxembourg securitisation vehicles.

    Ella’s multi-faceted expertise and continual professional growth make her an invaluable asset in the fields of structured finance and corporate law.
