Vincent Decalf worked as an independent director, mainly in Luxembourg. Until 2012, Vincent was a member of the executive committee of Foyer Group, first insurance company in Luxembourg, where he has led the merger between CapitalatWork and Foyer’s wealth management activities. Prior to join Foyer Group in 2008, he was CEO of Société Générale subsidiary in Luxembourg, were he has worked for ten years.

Vincent has been an authorized bank or financial entities Director under Luxembourg regulation since twenty years. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer, he worked in Spain’s branch of Socgen during five years. After a graduate in Paris in Ecole des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC), he was Paris based, working for KPMG group and then Paribas before joining the Socgen Capital Market division in 1989.

All along his career Vincent faced with responsibilities as board member in various organizations either internal or external to the financial groups he has been working for. Apart of classical profit companies, among which listed or regulated companies, he is also board member of various non for profit organizations (such as the French Chamber of trade in Luxembourg for instance). Certified Independent Director and INSEAD IDP graduate, he is also member of the board of ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs). French citizen, trilingual in French, English and Spanish, 60 years old, he is married and father of three children.

Even though as board member of ILA, he represents FOYER Group, one of ILA’s sponsor and founder, Vincent is proud to be a pure independent director. That leads him to participate in several working groups within ILA’s organization
