    • Biography

    Carine Feipel is a certified independent director (INSEAD IDP-C and ILA Certified).

     She is the past Chair of ILA (2019 – 2023) and continues to be engaged in various ILA initiatives.

     After 20 years at the law firm Arendt in both Luxembourg and New York, she practiced as an independent lawyer until 2023, when she decided to dedicate all her time to her non-executive directorships. She is a member of the Board of Directors of a Luxembourg bank, several insurance companies, investment funds, and management companies. She acts as Chair of the Board or Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee in several of these companies.

     She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1995. In 2023, she became an Honorary Attorney.

     Carine Feipel has been a member of various committees within the Haut Comité pour la Place Financière.
