Antonio has held the role of independent non-executive director (iNED) for 5 years, during which time he has gained solid corporate governance experience by managing a portfolio of mandates in Luxembourg investment funds and other non-regulated vehicles investing in private equity, real estate and ESG.
After more than 18 years of experience in private banking in Luxembourg, as wealth manager/senior banker and manager of an international team, Antonio created Aeffe Capital S.A., a company focused on financial advisory, capable of executing international and cross-border extraordinary finance transactions. The company intervenes in M&A transactions such as origination/execution, acts as advisor/arranger in financing and debt restructuring transactions and supports clients in setting up structures, investment funds and other non-regulated vehicles available in Luxembourg (RAIF/SIF/holding/GP/PSF).
