As from 2022, I have obtained Business Law Officer diploma by The Ministry of Education, Children and Youth, The Chamber of Employees (Chambre de salaries – CSL) - Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Center.
As from 2019, certified in Company Secretarial and Governance Practice by ILA, a qualification for Corporate Governance Officer specifically based on Luxembourg Company Law and its nuances which varies from the CSQS qualification offered by ICSA and is more specific for Corporate Governance Officer based in Luxembourg with experience in governance of Luxembourg legal structures.

As a Senior Company Secretary, I provide legal and administration services to companies, including the incorporation thereof, the preparation, organization and conduction of board and shareholders' meetings;

Liaising with and advising clients on daily administrative and management issues as well as the coordination and management of specific transactions, in particular real estate investments and refinancing transactions and liaising with the relevant parties involved therewith (e.g. banks, notaries, foreign and local legal counsels, public administration etc);

Statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts and any statutory notifications, maintenance of statutory books and registers.
