    François Guyot is a Managing Director in the Entity Governance & Compliance department (EGC) of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    He is in charge of providing corporate secretarial support to clients in the alternative industry. He is also in charge of the corporate simplification practice. This practice is aimed at assisting clients in finding the most suitable solution to eliminate local entities.

    François is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert Comptable”) with over 20 years of experience in Luxembourg.
