    • Biography

    Mathilde Jahan has been a certified Director (INSEAD IDP-C) since 2013.

    She is currently heading a major transformation program for BGL BNP Paribas, the subsidiary of BNP Paribas banking group in Luxembourg.  

    She began her career in IT after graduating in Agronomy and Computer Sciences. She joined Paribas in 1991 and after few years in Paris, she moved to Milan where she headed General Inspection until 2004. In 2005, she was CEO of Cortal Consors Italy. In Luxembourg since 2007, she has been heading the Risks, Legal and Support Functions for BNP Paribas Securities Services before joining BGL BNP Paribas as head of Strategy and then General Secretary.  

    Mathilde speaks French, English, Italian and Luxemburgish. She seats on the boards of BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management, BNP Paribas Real Estate Asset & Property Management in Luxembourg and Fondation Alphonse Weicker. She is also vice-chair of “Toutes à l’école Luxembourg”, an ONG for girls education in Cambodia.
