Biography
Nadine joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager. Prior to this position, she was appointed as Relationship Manager in a trust company in Luxembourg, where she was dealing with the management of all aspects of companies’ life such as structuration, tax and legal advice, board and management meetings coordination and day-to-day client relationship, especially for individuals and corporate clients on French, Belgium & Swiss market.
Before that she was working in the financial engineering departments of two leading French private banks, dealing with the corporate life of clients’ Luxembourg and foreign companies, from incorporation to liquidation.
Nadine has 30 years of experience in dealing with corporate secretary and domiciliary functions.
